JC299-Stars & Stripes is a 4-pc dress set. Dress top is from a white Kona cotton fabric, skirt is made from a cotton knit in navy and white blue stripes and red stars. Dress has a red chiffon cowl neck collar or mock scarf attached to neckline. Two snap back closures. The beret is made from navy Kona cotton. Cute navy pleather boots with a red vinyl star, and a navy pleather handbag.
The model is a Bill Schneider artistic Dawn repaint. I wanted to use her today in memory of Bill.
The cute little Peggy Coleman Pooch’s dressed in blue & one in red are not included. However I’m sure if you email Peggy she might be able to make them for your collection too. Her email address is: pecbonita62@gmail.com
