As promised, since our “Strawberry Frost,” This little creation was in celebration of Barbie turning 60 this year. Being born in the year of Barbie I thought it would be cool to commemorate her by doing a remake of 1959 Gay Parisienne classic blue bubble dress with the tiny white polka-dot.
